The Role

We are looking for a passionate, reliable Catering Cook to join our kitchen family. In this role, you won't just be prepping ingredients and executing menus—you will be nourishing individuals who are actively doing the hard work of healing. Your food will bring comfort, stability, and joy to people during a pivotal moment in their lives.

What You’ll Do

• Cook with Purpose: Prepare, season, and cook a wide variety of high-quality dishes according to established recipes and dietary needs.

• Own Your Station: Handle daily meal prep, station setup, and ensure food is ready for timely delivery to our partner facilities.

• Maintain the Standard: Keep a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment, strictly adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Collaborate & Support: Work hand-in-hand with a tight-knit kitchen team, uplifting one another and maintaining a positive, stress-free, and sober workspace.

What We Are Looking For

• Culinary Experience: Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or catering cook is preferred, but a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn matter most.

• Reliability & Accountability: Showing up for your team is crucial. We rely on each other to keep the wheels turning.

• Empathy & Respect: A deep understanding of (or alignment with) our mission to service mental health and substance abuse facilities.

• Recovery-Friendly Mindset: Whether you are in recovery yourself, have been impacted by addiction, or are simply a passionate ally, you must be dedicated to maintaining a safe, supportive, and 100% sober environment.
