Events Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for organizing and executing events, as well as a strong attention to detail. The Events Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning and management of various events, ranging from corporate functions to social gatherings. will be responsible for various tasks, including tracking shipments, processing orders, maintaining inventory records, and collaborating with various departments to ensure timely deliveries

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and technology setup.
• Manage event budgets and track expenses.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
• Help create promotional materials and marketing strategies for events.
• Support on-site event management and ensure all aspects run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in event planning or administrative support role advantageous.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
