Dental Assistant (EFDA) – Starke, FL

Private Practice | Monday–Thursday | 4-Day Work Week

Looking for a dental office where you're more than just an assistant?

Our established private practice has been serving the community for 10+ years and is looking for an experienced EFDA Dental Assistant to join our small, close-knit team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, staying busy, and being an important part of the patient experience . You'll work closely with the doctor and hygienist while helping keep the practice running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Provide chairside assistance to the Doctor and RDH

• Assist with clinical procedures and maintain smooth patient flow

• Help with scheduling, phone calls, and patient follow-up

• Create a welcoming, positive experience for patients

• Step in wherever needed to support the team

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of dental assisting experience

• EFDA certification required

• Strong chairside and clinical skills

• Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Positive go-getter who takes initiative

• Team-oriented attitude and strong patient communication skills

What You Can Expect

• Monday–Thursday schedule

• 30–32 hours per week

• $19–$25/hour , based on experience

• Full benefits

• Established private practice with a family-oriented environment

• ASAP start preferred, ideally within 2 weeks
