Ultrasound Technologist

Position: Ultrasound Technologist Location: Olean General Hospital, Olean, NY Employment: Full-Time, Shift 1 Job Description Responsible for performing quality ultrasound and radiologic images on patients for interpretation by a radiologist and/or physician. Education and Credentials Completion of formal radiologic technologist training from an accredited school of radiology. Current New York State license. ARRT registration or eligibility, registered within one year of hire. Certification (ARDMS preferred) in ultrasound for ABD, OB/GYN, Breast, or Vascular within one year. Licensed for contrast injection in New York State. CPR certification required. Experience One year of experience preferred in general ultrasound. Must be able to perform ultrasound procedures on patients of all ages and work independently on any shift.
