As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. In this role, you will lead a team and have general responsibility for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. You will manage a team working a regular schedule of Monday through Thursday, from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customers.

How You Create Impact

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to partner with the Inventory and Quality departments in resolving operational issues and ensuring smooth, efficient warehouse workflow
• Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies
• Ensure GDP compliance by following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and verifying that all warehouse processes, records, and documentation meet required standards and are executed accurately.
• Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
• Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
• Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, product is counted, and all necessary records and reports are completed accurately and on time
• Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory
• Implement continuous improvement action plans
• Be flexible to work additional hours and perform other responsibilities as needed to meet the business needs

What We Would Like You To Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment with at least 2 or more years in a supervisory role
• Experience in implementing GDP and broader GxP quality requirements across operational and documentation workflows
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
