Job Summary FiiZ Drinks is hiring enthusiastic and reliable Team Members to join our store team. In this role, you will prepare high-quality drinks and snacks, serve guests with kindness and excitement, and help keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, energetic, and enjoys working as part of a team. You should be someone who works hard, stays positive during busy moments, and genuinely enjoys making each guest’s day a little better. Key Responsibilities Greet every guest with a friendly, positive attitude. Provide excellent customer service and create a fun, welcoming experience. Prepare drinks, treats, and snacks accurately, quickly, and consistently according to company standards. Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions responsibly. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including workstations, equipment, and guest areas. Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to keep shifts running smoothly. Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and company policies. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. Encourage guest engagement by promoting specials, new drinks, and in-store experiences. Support social media efforts by creating or participating in fun, on‑brand content when appropriate. Represent the FiiZ brand with energy, kindness, and professionalism. What We’re Looking For A happy, friendly, and outgoing personality. Attention to detail when preparing products. Comfort being on camera or contributing ideas for social media content is a plus, but not required. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram or TikTok is a plus.
