The grading concrete foreman oversees small crews of 1-5 workers on diverse concrete grading projects. This role ensures safety compliance and proper equipment operation to maintain high-quality standards. The foreman manages on-site activities using basic tools and coordinates tasks without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage concrete grading crews on mixed-type projects
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards
• Operate and oversee proper use of grading equipment
• Coordinate daily tasks and provide clear instructions to crew members
• Interpret blueprints and layout plans to guide grading activities
• Monitor project progress and address any onsite issues promptly

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in concrete grading
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Knowledge of concrete grading techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
