Are you a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) looking for meaningful work with flexible hours? We are currently hiring Private Duty RN's and LPNs to provide high-quality nursing care in home and respite care settings. This full-time/part-time role is ideal for nurses who want to make a difference while enjoying a flexible schedule that fits their lifestyle. In need of Overnight coverage!

About this Role

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the Nurse Administrator

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Support acute pain management strategies

• Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes

• Educate patients and families on wellness and health management

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in private duty , home care , or acute care settings preferred

• Valid RN or License Practical Nurse credentials (MN)

• Proficiency in home care practices and protocols

• Familiarity with occupational health standards

• Strong diagnostic and clinical evaluation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team

• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
