The Director of Operations at Invicta Software is a highly crucial position, core to the structure of our company. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the company, including IT, customer service, and marketing. Collaborate with other business leaders to execute strategic plans and policies that align with unique company goals. Continually assess operational procedures to identify areas for improvement and produce innovative solutions. Manage cross-functional initiatives to drive operational excellence and increase productivity. Prepare regular reports on operational performance and suggest adjustments to senior management. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field. A Master's degree is preferable. A minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior operations role within a software or technology company. Proven track record of effectively leading an operational team with evidence of business growth and development. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a comprehensive understanding of business management principles and practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with all levels of the organization. Proficient with standard office software, including Microsoft Office and project management tools.
