Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments through thorough history-taking, physical examinations, and necessary diagnostic workups to determine patients' health needs.

• Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions, applying evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging studies, to refine patient diagnoses and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Collaborate with attending physicians in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.

• Prescribe medications, therapies, and other necessary treatments in compliance with established medical protocols and best practices.

• Engage in patient education, emphasizing health management, disease prevention strategies, and available treatment options to empower patients.

• Execute medical procedures such as suturing wounds, joint injections, and performing specialized interventions as appropriate to improve patient health.

• Effectively document all patient interactions, assessments, and treatments in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.

Compensation and Benefits
