· Ortho, GYN, ENT, General surgery

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

· ACLS, BLS, PALS

About the unit:

· Number of Beds – 11 bays, 6 OR’s

· Number of Staff – Varies with surgery schedule/1 RN per OR typically

· Shift for the Traveler --- Varies 0900-2200

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift – 1 charge Nurse, 1 RN per running OR

o Night Shift - Call starts at 1900

· Patient Ratios – 1:1

· Type of equipment - Standard PACU

· EMR – Epic

· On Call Requirements: 4 call shifts per 4-week scheduling period. Either 0700-1900 = 1 call shift, or 1900-0700 = 1 call shift

· Weekend Requirements: Only on call shifts, OR’s closed weekends

• 36 guaranteed hours a week and RTO upon request • Potential Overtime hours • 13 week contract, book directly with facility • Potential to extend contract with facility • Potential hourly incentives for specific specialties • 401k & Discounted stock purchase options
