• Monday-Friday
• 5x8-Hour Day Shifts Per Week
• Day Shift: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• 24-Hour Call: 8:00 AM-8:00 AM as Scheduled
• 24-Hour Call Is Unrestricted
• Call Coverage Needed as Scheduled for Internal Physician PTO or Other Coverage Gaps
• Call Responsibilities Include Consults, Rounding, and Add-On ACU Cases

• Patient Population: Adults
• Approximately 12-14 Patients Per Day

• Provide Inpatient Gastroenterology Coverage
• Perform Inpatient Rounding
• Manage Gastroenterology Admissions
• Provide Gastroenterology Consultations
• Perform Standard Endoscopy Procedures
• Provide Add-On ACU Procedures as Needed
• Participate in 24-Hour Call Coverage as Scheduled
• ERCP Is Not Required

• 3 Gastroenterology Providers
• 2 APPs
• Hospitalist Support

• Board Certified in Gastroenterology - Required
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Gastroenterology - Required
• Active Washington Medical License in Hand at Time of Presentation - Required
• Candidates Requiring Licensure Will Not Be Accepted
• BLS - Required
• ACLS - Required
• Epic Experience - Required
• COVID-19 Vaccination - Required, No Exemptions
• Recent Clinical Activity Documentation - Required
• Case List Must Demonstrate at Least 100 Patients Representative of the Scope and Complexity of Requested Privileges During the Previous 24 Months
• Case List Must Include Diagnosis or Procedure, Date, and Facility Where Performed
