Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications sought:

• Active special education teaching license in the state of Michigan

• Effective communication and documentation skills

• Design, adapt, and deliver effective lesson plans tailored to students’ unique abilities
• Develop and monitor IEPs, track student progress, and make data-informed adjustments
• Provide push-in and/or pull-out instructional support as needed
• Implement behavioral and academic interventions in partnership with school staff
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and parent conferences
