Benefits Bi-Weekly Salary plus Monthly Commission Paid Training Sales Recognition Program Start earning PTO on your 1st day of employment 401(K) and profit sharing Excellent Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Paid Maternity & Paternity after one year of employment Responsibilities Contract new business, sell Finance products, and close deals Generate financial income on all sold customers Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions Contract or collect all money at closing Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals Maintain a working knowledge of leases Assist in acquiring approval from lenders Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders Solicit extended warranty sales that do not end up in charge backs. Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc. Requirements Previous automotive Finance experience 2+ years required Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability Well-versed in title laws and the registration process Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills Authorized to work in the USA Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test Must have a valid driver’s license Sheehy Auto Stores is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sheehy Auto Stores
