Associate Attorney

Associate AttorneyHawkins Parnell & Young LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience for its Buffalo office. At Hawkins Parnell & Young, you will have the opportunity to participate in all stages of cases and to make court appearances as part of a team of seasoned attorneys handling toxic tort cases and civil litigation.The ideal candidate will have experience drafting critical motions and written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and participating in pretrial motions and discovery disputes.
