  • Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to clients' unique challenges, employing various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

  • Conduct couples therapy focusing on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering intimacy between partners.

  • Facilitate family therapy sessions that aim to improve relationships and address dynamics within the family unit.

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, client goals, and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • A valid and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n
