Our client is a global engineering company providing innovative solutions and high-performance products for demanding industries. They are seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer:
- Lead and execute mechanical design projects from concept through commissioning
- Perform advanced engineering analyses using FEA software for structural, thermal, and vibration assessments
- Prepare detailed reports, technical documentation, and design drawings to support project requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, ANSYS, MathCad, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, stress analysis, and industry codes such as ASME
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
