ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As sales coach for Kyle Lindner State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. our team is look for a motivated induvial who wants to grow and their career and their financial statis. if you're a killer sales repressive this is the place for you, and we promise to make it worth the switch. We are looking for motivated individuals that are either in sales or wish to move into sales who want to advance in their career. We're looking for representatives who are willing to put in hard work in order to better their life. As insurance coach for State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed in property and causality insurance and life and health insurance in state of Texas (required)
• Experience in insurance sales or account management (required)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Compensation: $4,775.00 - $7,000.00 per month
