About the Role:
As a Senior Services Field Manager, you'll lead and support our on-site teams handling estate sales, cleanouts, relocations, and home organization projects. You'll ensure every job is completed with care, efficiency, and compassion the Caring Transitions way.
What You'll Do:
Supervise and motivate field teams during on-site projects, lead projects from start to finish, oversee packing, sorting, organizing, emptying, liquidating and cleaning out homes. Communicate with employees to ensure maximum efficiency, teach, train & lead with positivity! Manage project timelines and quality standards. Maintain supplies for daily operations.
Requirements:
Leadership and organizational skills, reliable transportation and clean driving record, positive, compassionate attitude, ability to lift 50 pounds Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM.
