As Maintenance Manager, you'll lead a team responsible for maintaining critical production equipment and facilities while helping drive reliability, continuous improvement, and operational performance. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting facility growth, equipment upgrades, and future expansion initiatives while developing a high-performing maintenance organization focused on safety, uptime, and execution.What You'll DoLead Maintenance Operations: Oversee all maintenance activities for plant equipment and facilities, ensuring high equipment uptime, reliability, and operational performance.Drive Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.Lead and Develop the Maintenance Team: Manage, coach, and develop maintenance personnel, ensuring appropriate staffing, technical capability, accountability, and performance.Champion Safety and Compliance: Promote a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with environmental, health, safety, regulatory, and company standards.Manage Maintenance Planning & Reliability Initiatives: Coordinate maintenance schedules with production, optimize work order execution, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, TPM, root cause analysis, and other reliability tools.Support Equipment Improvements and Projects: Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, commissioning activities, and facility improvement projects that enhance reliability, safety, and operational performance.Manage Maintenance Resources: Support maintenance planning and resource allocation, partnering with plant leadership to optimize spending, prioritize work, and maintain effective service levels.Monitor Performance Metrics: Track and report key maintenance KPIs, including equipment uptime, downtime, preventive maintenance compliance, OEE, safety, and work order completion.Support a 24/7 Manufacturing Environment: Provide leadership support for maintenance-related issues in a continuous manufacturing operation and participate in after-hours escalations as needed.Required Qualifications:5+ years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment3+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance teamsExperience leading preventive and predictive maintenance programsKnowledge of safety, regulatory, and maintenance best practicesPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or related technical fieldExperience supporting equipment installations, facility expansions, process improvements, or other maintenance-related projectsExperience with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, reliability-centered maintenance, root cause analysis, continuous improvement methodologies, or Six Sigma.Experience using CMMS systems-----------------------------------------Job Offer Fraud AlertWe take the security of our candidates seriously.
