Position Details: Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Primarily serving patients in El Cajon, CA and nearby San Diego County locations. Schedule: Part-Time, flexible hours based on patient needs. Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct, skilled nursing care to patients in their homes following established care plans. Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patient conditions, reporting significant changes to the physician and clinical supervisor. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication compliance, and health maintenance. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency policies and state/federal regulations. Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team (Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Home Health Aides, etc.). Qualifications: Current, unencumbered California Registered Nurse (RN) License. Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience in a clinical setting, preferably in home health, acute care, or skilled nursing facility. Current CPR Certification. Reliable transportation and a valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record. Excellent clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
