Pharmacy Manager

Role Overview: The Pharmacy Manager leads pharmacy staff to deliver comprehensive patient care and community outreach, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, oversee inventory and pricing, enforce customer service standards, and promote community engagement. Ensure adherence to legal and company policies through report analysis, safety controls, and quality reviews. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, valid pharmacy license, completion of immunization training, proficiency in patient and healthcare provider collaboration, data analysis for performance and outcomes, and management of pharmacy operations and staff. Additional Requirements: Preferred experience in pharmacy practice is advantageous.
