About the Company Founded in 1978 Family-owned organization Part of a larger group consisting of 16 companies and 400+ employees Financially stable, diversified business with a long-term outlook Strong reputation for quality construction and repeat business Project Types K-12 Education Sports & Recreation Facilities Commercial Developments Auto Dealerships What They're Looking For 5+ years of construction project management experience Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout Strong budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with owners, consultants, and project teams Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Responsibilities Oversee multifamily construction projects from start to finish Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and project documentation Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders Lead project meetings and drive successful project execution Why Consider This Opportunity?
