Floating Property Manager (Tax Credit) – Greater Nashville Area Join a well-established property management company with strong roots in affordable housing . We’re seeking a motivated Floating Property Manager to provide leadership and support across multiple communities in the Greater Nashville area. This position offers travel variety, career growth, and long-term stability with a respected organization. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations at multiple affordable housing sites. Travel regularly within the Greater Nashville region. Lead and support onsite teams to achieve occupancy and budget goals. Maintain compliance with LIHTC program requirements. Ensure high resident satisfaction and property performance.
