Physician Internal Medicine - Competitive Salary

Job Description

A well-established outpatient practice in the Chicago suburbs is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, supportive team.

Position Highlights:

• 100% outpatient practice with no inpatient or hospital call
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours; 36 patient-facing hours/week plus 4 hours admin
• Average patient load: 18–25 patients per day
• Experienced clinical and administrative support staff
• Comprehensive primary care services: preventive care, acute illness management, chronic condition oversight (diabetes, hypertension), and health maintenance for all ages
• Perform routine procedures: joint injections, minor skin procedures, suturing, and women's health services
• Coordinate care with behavioral health, nutrition, and specialty teams
• EMR: Epic; strong focus on documentation and regulatory compliance
• Practice in a growing Chicago suburb with easy access to the city, family-friendly amenities, and excellent schools

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Illinois medical license
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient-centered care skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $275K–$300K + productivity incentives
