Contract | Days | 13-Week Assignment

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility setting

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and clinical goals

Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning

Provide education and guidance to patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapy goals and home programs

Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility

Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting

Current BLS/CPR certification

Prior travel or contract therapy experience

Familiarity with MDS documentation and skilled nursing facility compliance requirements

Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment including modified barium swallow studies

35-hour weekly guarantee providing consistent and reliable hours throughout the contract
