Registered Nurse (RN) - Interventional Radiology

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Interventional Radiology to provide expert bedside care within an assigned unit. Assess patient needs including physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and safety considerations, and develop individualized care plans. Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, implement medical and nursing orders, and evaluate patient outcomes to ensure quality care. Act as a supervisor by delegating tasks, assessing care delivery, and occasionally overseeing shifts. Participate in hourly rounds, observe safety protocols, and adapt care based on patient and procedural complexities. Utilize effective interpersonal skills, work efficiently in fast-paced settings, and demonstrate excellent customer service. Qualifications Include Nursing degree from an accredited school and valid RN license in the state. 2-5 years of IR and/or Cath lab experience. Certifications such as CPR, ACLS, and other specialty-specific credentials are required or preferred. Additional skills include basic computer literacy and strong teamwork abilities. Additional Requirements Experience in specialized areas like bariatrics or wound care is advantageous. Preferred to possess a BSN and relevant certifications in specialty practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
