Traveling Project Site Manager

Fletchline Holdings is seeking an experienced Traveling Project Site Manager to oversee multiple active installation projects across the United States. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced industrial and construction environments and has a passion for driving project success through strong field leadership, labor optimization, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

As the Traveling Project Site Manager, you will:

• Oversee multiple active project sites simultaneously.
• Lead and coordinate field teams, contractors, and client stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, labor plans, and resource forecasts.
• Identify productivity barriers and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Evaluate crew sizing and workforce deployment to maximize project performance.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to field supervisors and leaders.
• Manage project financial performance, timelines, staffing levels, and project risks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, successfully, and on schedule.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement across assigned projects.

 

What We're Looking For

 

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of project or site management experience in construction, industrial, automation, or systems installation environments
• Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of labor productivity, workforce planning, and operational efficiency
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States
• Associate degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Conveyor systems or material handling experience
• Distribution center, warehouse, or automation project experience
• OSHA and construction safety knowledge
• Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience
• PMP certification or similar project management credentials
• Experience with field observations and productivity improvement initiatives
