8-hour day shifts, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have outpatient experience, though first-time travelers are welcome. This role will involve managing a patient population focused on general orthopedic needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Administer therapy interventions to optimize patient recovery.
• Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, averaging 12-14 patients per day.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Tennessee.
• Outpatient experience is preferred; however, first-time travelers are accepted.
• Overtime must be approved by the director before any hours are worked.
