West Des Moines, IA - Garden Center Sales Associate
Earl May Garden Centers
Earl May Garden Center is looking for sales associates for our location in West Des Moines, Iowa.
Part-time employment may lead to a full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate will:- have high energy and a positive attitude
- have excellent interpersonal skills
- be a self-starter
- have a strong work ethic
- have strong decision-making and leadership skills
- be sales-driven
- have previous experience working in a retail or service environment
- be able to lift 50 pounds
- be able to work variable hours/shifts
- have a valid driver's license
Horticulture knowledge or landscape experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. Previous management, sales and landscape design experience are a definite plus for full time positions. Full time positions include competitive pay and benefits package. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance; a 401k plan, employee discount and paid time off.
