We are now accepting applications for Bartenders. Basin Harbor has multiple dining venues, 2 outdoor bars, and many banquets, weddings, and special events during our six-month season. We are seeking energetic, personable, and engaging Bartenders, who are willing to uphold the tradition of exceptional guest service at Basin Harbor.
Some essential competencies are: Understanding the need for proper etiquette and service standards, prior bartending and wine-specific experience of 3+ years preferred, able to take direction and work in a team environment, attention to detail, efficient, and able to perform multiple tasks systematically in a fast paced environment, ability to remember and follow bar and beverage procedures, a clean, well kept, professional appearance. As well, shift work may be long and varied, evening and weekends, required full shift walking and standing. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, 20+ lbs. frequently throughout shift.
