It is especially rewarding to be part of a team working toward a common goal" - ED - Capital Markets Officer****You and Your Job**As a Capital Markets, Energy Transition banker, you will be successful in driving and executing energy transition financing deals for Rabobank by leveraging specialized market intelligence, structuring financial products, and managing client relationships.To engage in the marketing, structuring, execution, and management of Capital Markets activity in North America and in particular with clients in the project finance space and the broader Energy transition complex, including sponsors.The individual will interface directly with Relationship Managers, clients, and investors (including banks, insurance companies, and other investors). The individual will enhance the Bank’s ability to structure, pitch, arrange, underwrite, negotiate, and win financing and arrangement mandates with debt issuers. The individual will be part of the North American Capital Markets team and will work cohesively with the rest of the team members to advise on and execute client financing needs.**Job Responsibilities*** Further develop the Energy Transition and Project Finance market intel* Track and analyze loan and bond market developments* Work with coverage bankers to identify ET client needs* Coordinate the preparation of discussions and presentations for clients and prospects.* Advise, pitch and negotiate with issuer clients* Assess and structure loan, bond, and USPP financing proposals* Develop and execute syndication strategiesTo be considered for the Capital Markets Officer role, you must have:* Bachelor’s degree* 5+ years of experience* 3+ years of experience in the Project Finance market* Solid understanding of Project Finance modeling, financing structures, and credit risks* Familiarity with key banking peers and investors in the PF and ET market* Ability to travel regionally and globally, up to 20%* Strong quantitative and analytical skills.* Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Visit**Salary Expectations:**Target Hiring Range: $140,000.00 - $230,000.00This position is subject to the terms of Rabobank’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range..
