Key Responsibilities Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients using our secure online platform, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for them to explore their mental health challenges. Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their goals, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and more. Monitor and document client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to reflect improvements or new concerns. Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Engage in regular collaboration with other mental health professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies for client improvement. Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices, ethical guidelines, and teletherapy standards to provide the best care possible. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will primarily serve diverse adult clients, as well as couples and families seeking guidance in resolving interpersonal conflicts and enhancing emotional well-being. You will work with individuals facing a variety of mental health issues, focusing on building meaningful connections and fostering lasting positive change in their lives. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required. Current active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Pennsylvania. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients quickly. Proficiency in using technology for remote therapy sessions, with a keen understanding of telehealth best practices. Ability to work independently while remaining connected with a virtual team of mental health professionals. Preferred Experience Experience providing individual and couples therapy in a virtual setting, demonstrating comfort and proficiency with online tools. Previous work in a community health clinic setting or mental health organization, understanding the unique challenges clients face. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and modalities relevant to marriage and family therapy. Compensation and Benefits Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
