Contract Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license in Minnesota
• Previous experience in school nursing or pediatric care preferred
• Comfortable providing 1:1 care and working independently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with school personnel and the students family

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to a specific student as outlined in their care plan
• Monitor and document health status, medication administration, and medical interventions
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare team members to support the students well-being
• Support participation in classroom activities while ensuring safety and medical needs are met
• Respond promptly to medical situations or emergencies as they arise
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure confidential handling of all student information
