Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Belleville, MI. In this role, you will provide essential in-home care and support to clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This position offers flexible hours, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
Provide medication reminders and monitor clients' health and well-being
Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
Maintain accurate records of care and report any changes in clients condition
Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements

Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to pass background checks
Reliable transportation to and from client homes
Compassionate, patient, and dependable nature

Benefits
