Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of memory care professionals!Schedule: Full Time, 3pm-11pmSalary: Starting at $27.00 -$32.00/hr based on experienceShift differential available for night and weekend shiftsBenefits:Generous PTOPaid Holidays and Floating HolidaysAetna Health Insurance, including medical, dental, and visionChild Care ReimbursementCompassionate PTO Donation Program – to support a team memberFlexible SchedulingEmployer Paid Life InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramPTO Cash Out ProgramRetirement Plan – 401(k) with company matchLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities include:Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rights.Assist resident with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed.Assist in monitoring medication programs.Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents.Monitor and report any resident changes in condition in accordance with rules and regulations and PSL policies.Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Education & Experience:Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing.Minimum of one year of experience working as a nurse serving a senior populationCompassion for and desire to work with elderly, required.Company Overview:Peregrine Senior Living is known for their innovative leadership in revolutionizing care for the elderly.
