Job Description As a cocktail server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by taking beverage orders, preparing, serving cocktails, and ensuring a memorable experience. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering menus, and taking beverage orders promptly Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages according to recipes and guest preferences Maintain a thorough knowledge of cocktail recipes, ingredients, and beverage offerings Carry and balance full trays of beverages while navigating the casino area efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with bartenders, servers, and other staff to provide seamless service Adhere to all property, company, health, safety, state,regulatory, and liquor service regulations Anticipate guests' needs and provide attentive service throughout their visit Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Minimum of six (6) months of experience as a cocktail server or in a similar role preferred Excellent customer service skills with friendly outgoing personality Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately Strong communication and interpersonal skills Stamina to work on feet for extended periods of time Attention to detail and ability to follow directions Ability to carry and balance trays weighing up to ten (10) pounds Ability to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to work in smoke, flashing lights, and excessive noise.
