If you enjoy working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment and take pride in offering warm, professional service, we want you on our Banquet team at the Bayfront Convention Center. As a Banquet Server, you'll be part of the team that helps bring weddings, galas, conferences, and other special events to lifeone plate, smile, and celebration at a time.

Provide exceptional service to guests in banquet and catering settings Set up and break down event spaces, including linens, tableware, and place settings Deliver food and beverages with attention to timing and presentation Follow all Pennsylvania state laws and BCC policies regarding food and beverage service Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas Communicate professionally with guests, teammates, and kitchen staff Handle guest requests and respond to questions with a helpful, can-do attitude Ensure service runs smoothly, whether you're part of a team or working solo Perform other duties as assigned by management

Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent required Must be able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written) Excellent customer service and hospitality skills Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Alcohol awareness certification (or willingness to obtain) Flexible availabilitymust be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
