Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite | Every third weekend required with 12 hours of call per 4-week schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for labor patients, maintaining a 1:1 ratio during active labor
• Assist with and support vaginal deliveries and C-sections
• Care for antepartum patients as well as postpartum patients at a 5–6:1 ratio
• Provide newborn and nursery care at a 5–6:1 ratio
• Utilize GE fetal monitors and document care using Meditech and CPN EMR systems
• Adhere to infant security protocols and unit dress code requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NRP certification
• AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2+ years of Labor & Delivery experience in an LDRP setting
• Experience in a high birth volume environment
• Familiarity with Meditech and/or CPN electronic medical record systems
