Job Description
We’re looking for a highly organized Warranty & Customer Service Administrator with great communication skills and excellent follow-up habits. You’ll manage warranty claims and customer service requests while keeping everything accurate in spreadsheets. No technical expertise is required — we just need someone with a strong willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
• Manage warranty claims and customer service requests from start to finish
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Track and update information in spreadsheets and other systems
• Follow up consistently to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Learn our products, processes, and tools as needed
What We’re Looking For
• Highly organized
• Great communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage a spreadsheet and keep records accurate
• Excellent follow-up habits
• No technical expertise needed, but must have a willingness to learn
• Reliable and proactive approach to customer issues
