The Role
- Deliver high-quality general practice care to companion animals and, if desired, participate in large-animal medicine (cattle, horses, pigs, and other farm animals).
- Provide wellness and preventive care, dentistry, and routine soft-tissue surgery.
- Manage a mix of routine and urgent cases, supported by diagnostic and imaging capabilities.
- Communicate clearly with clients, educate on treatment plans, and build lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with a multi-doctor team and skilled support staff; mentorship available for newer veterinarians.
- Contribute to patient continuity through accurate medical records and follow-ups.
- Participate in a schedule that includes Saturday availability.

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- USDA accreditation for health/travel certificates (or willingness to obtain)
