Base pay range $65.00/hr - $66.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Cypress HCM Design, develop and deploy cross-functional operational improvement initiatives End-to-End program and project management in line with the best in class industry standards Partner with various functions like Finance, M&A, IT etc. to envision and deliver high-quality business solutions Mapping and re-engineering business processes continuously to ensure that Operations are lean and streamlined Identify and set-up process/system controls to sustain implemented changes and solutions Collaborate and manage workstreams in large scale business transformational programs Influence and drive key decisions regarding the projects Strong ability to understand organizational strategic direction and translate those in to functional and operational change and improvements Research market trends and industry best practices to augment functional operating models Conversant with operational data analysis methodologies, tools and techniques Ability to understand training and educational programs and ensure timely delivery and long duration delivery cycles. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent a must; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred. 6-8 years of progressive experience which includes Business Strategy/M&A Integrations/Consulting/Customer Experience functions Core 3-5 years of demonstrated success in leading/driving business transformation, operational excellence or process engineering projects.
