Gastroenterology Hospitalist

Location: Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch, FL

Become part of a vibrant and high-achieving team along Florida's Gulf Coast, enjoying a balanced schedule of 7 days on followed by 7 days off in a flourishing hospital environment.

Our organization is in search of a Board Eligible/Board Certified Gastroenterology Hospitalist to deliver exceptional inpatient care within a collaborative and fast-paced atmosphere. This role also offers the chance to work at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center as part of an expanding program.

This position is ideal for a physician who excels in acute care settings and is passionate about managing a wide range of general gastroenterology issues.

Position Highlights

• 7 days on / 7 days off hospitalist model
• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute gastroenterology conditions
• Focus on inpatient care
• Conduct and coordinate diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures
• Oversee patients in acute, post-acute, and outpatient care environments
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated care

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication and time management abilities, and a dedication to providing outstanding patient care.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Unrestricted medical license in Florida
