Fat Tuesday is looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and service-focused Bartenders to join our team and help keep the frozen cocktails flowing in one of the most fun destinations on the Emerald Coast. At Fat Tuesday, we're not just serving drinks—we're creating vacation memories, celebrations, and unforgettable moments for guests from all over the country. What You'll Do Prepare and serve Fat Tuesday's famous frozen cocktails with accuracy, speed, and consistency. Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests smiling and coming back. Engage with guests by recommending flavors, upgrades, and specialty beverages. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using the POS system. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area. Replenish liquor, mixers, cups, fruit garnishes, ice, and other supplies throughout your shift. Follow all responsible alcohol service standards and company policies. Work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences during busy periods. Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational duties. Support fellow team members wherever needed to ensure smooth operations. What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent guest service skills. Positive attitude and ability to create a fun guest experience. Bartending experience preferred, but hospitality-minded individuals with strong customer service skills are encouraged to apply. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and committed to being a team player. Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with guests. Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages. Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak season schedules. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often 8+ hours per shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds regularly. Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, kneeling, and repetitive motions. Ability to safely work in a fast-paced, crowded environment. Comfortable working in a lively atmosphere with music, large crowds, and high guest volume. Manual dexterity to operate frozen beverage equipment, prepare drinks, and utilize POS systems. Ability to work around ice, refrigerated products, and frozen beverage machines. Maintain professionalism, stamina, and a positive attitude during busy shifts.
