This role requires a highly analytical professional with strong experience in data modeling, reporting, dashboard development, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets in cloud environments, transforming complex data into actionable insights, and partnering with both technical and business stakeholders.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys solving complex business problems through data.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and executive-level reporting solutions.Query and analyze large datasets using SQL within Microsoft Azure environments, including Azure Synapse and cloud-based data warehouses.Validate, cleanse, and perform quality assurance on data to ensure accuracy and reliability.Integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources into unified reporting and analytics views.Analyze operational, commercial, and performance data to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities.Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.Create executive-ready presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.Respond to ad hoc business questions by transforming requirements into structured analyses and actionable insights.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and US-based clients to support strategic initiatives.QualificationsMust haveStrong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets within Microsoft Azure environments.Experience working with Azure Synapse and cloud-based data warehouse environments.Ability to validate, clean, and perform QA on datasets with strong attention to detail.Experience combining data from multiple marketing platforms into unified reporting views.Strong Power BI development experience, including dashboard creation, executive-facing visualizations, calculated measures, data modeling, relationship management, and performance optimization.Ability to translate complex datasets into clear business insights and compelling data storytelling.Experience generating actionable media performance insights from campaign data.Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, data validation, and basic forecasting and trend analysis.Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-ready presentations.Ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience investigating performance anomalies, identifying trends, and providing data-driven recommendations.Comfortable handling ad hoc business questions and transforming them into structured analyses.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)Experience working directly with US-based teams and clients is preferred.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency, consulting, or client-service environment.Exposure to marketing measurement methodologies, including attribution modeling, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), incrementality testing, and cross-channel measurement.Nice to haveExperience with Python for data analysis, automation, and process optimization.Proficiency with Pandas and Jupyter Notebooks for data manipulation and analytical workflows.Experience integrating data through APIs and building data transformation workflows.Experience automating reporting pipelines, dashboard refreshes, and recurring analytics processes.Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics tools and workflows, including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT.Experience creating effective AI prompts, reusable workflows, or lightweight AI agents/skills.Interest in applying AI to analytics, insight generation, and decision-support systems.Experience with audience segmentation, customer analytics, and CRM data analysis.Experience working with BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Knowledge of Tableau and Looker Studio for data visualization and reporting.Experience with API-based media data ingestion and integration processes.Understanding of taxonomy structures, campaign naming conventions, and data governance best practices.Experience working in agency, media consulting, or client-facing analytics environments.Ability to balance technical execution with business-facing responsibilities and stakeholder communication.Proactive and curious mindset with the ability to uncover insights beyond standard reporting.Experience with Azure Data Factory is preferred.Hands-on experience analyzing paid media platform data, including Google Marketing Platform, SA360, DV360, CM360, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA/CPL, and conversion metrics.Familiarity with video performance metrics, including VCR, CPV, and completion rates.Knowledge of store visit measurement and offline attribution methodologies is a plus.Experience with additional advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and YouTube is a plus.
