Project Manager

This role owns the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, from initial bid through final closeout. Key areas of responsibility include: Bidding & Estimating: Analyze architectural drawings, conduct material takeoffs, gather vendor quotes, and put together proposals for prospective contracts. Contract Administration : Interpret scope and specifications, assemble submittal packages, and monitor them through approval. Design Coordination: Evaluate fabrication drawings against architectural intent, draft RFIs to resolve open questions, and integrate resulting design changes. Purchasing : Draft RFPs, assess vendor pricing, and finalize purchase orders. Field Execution Build and maintain project schedules, daily logs, and photo documentation Represent the project at site meetings, take field measurements, and partner with superintendents to uphold quality standards Drive punch list resolution and compile closeout packages and warranty documentation What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial glazing A proactive, adaptable self-starter eager to grow their construction industry expertise #J-18808-Ljbffr TGC Talent
