Position: Children’s Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW) – Bilingual Spanish
Location: Bronx, NY
Schedule: Full-Time | Permanent | Hybrid (1 day onsite per week)

Salary:

• LMSW: $70,000 – $75,000 annually + Benefits
• LCSW: $90,000 – $95,000 annually + Benefits

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Social Worker to join a dynamic behavioral health team supporting children and adolescents. In this role, you will have a meaningful impact by helping young individuals and their families navigate emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy to children and adolescents
• Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization support when needed
• Collaborate closely with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
• Coordinate referrals and ensure continuity of care
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

✅ Requirements

• Active LMSW or LCSW license in New York
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents
• Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
