Operational Initiative Specialist - Nashville (Hybrid)

About The Role The Operational Initiatives Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and sustainment of operational programs and initiatives across a multi‑site clinic network. This exempt role exercises independent judgment and discretion in supporting cross‑functional initiatives, advising stakeholders, and driving consistent operational execution across markets. The Specialist plays a key role in supporting new partner integrations through training support, process adoption, and program rollout activities, owns the maintenance and ongoing updates of the ABC accreditation master site binder, and leverages technology to streamline workflows, support automation efforts, and promote best‑practice adoption. What You’ll Do Support and contribute to cross‑functional operational initiatives by independently managing assigned workstreams, timelines, and deliverables. Exercise judgment in prioritizing tasks, identifying risks, and escalating issues to ensure initiatives remain on track and aligned with organizational objectives. Partner with internal stakeholders across operations, clinical leadership, IT, strategy, and project management to support initiative planning and execution. Communicate proactively with stakeholders by providing updates, synthesizing feedback, and supporting alignment across markets and operational programs. Assist in the development, analysis, tracking, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and program impact. Support change management activities, including training strategies, process documentation, adoption support, and end‑user enablement. Provide consultative and hands‑on operational support to markets as needed, including occasional on‑site support. Support enterprise‑wide operational programs such as the Patient Outreach Program, standard operating procedures, Net Promoter Score/Patient Satisfaction Program, and other initiatives as assigned. Maintain and update the ABC accreditation master site binder, ensuring all documentation reflects current accreditation standards and applicable state regulatory requirements. Monitor and track changes to accreditation and state regulations, proactively incorporating updates into site binders and communicating required changes. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to maintain and update Power BI dashboards and operational reports, ensuring data accuracy and usability. Serve as a central coordination point for documentation, communication, and planning efforts related to operational initiatives and integrations. Collaborate closely with strategy and project management teams to ensure initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities and operational standards. Perform other duties as assigned consistent with the scope and level of this exempt role. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in managing priorities and operational support activities. Exhibit strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Show excellent verbal and written communication skills across levels and functions. Display customer‑service orientation with a collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset. Be detail‑oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality execution. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) is preferred. Be willing to travel occasionally to support operational needs. Possess a patient‑first mindset and commitment to service. Adopt a servant‑leadership style with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach. Demonstrate high integrity and ethical conduct. Be results‑driven, growth‑oriented, and organized. Be an analytical problem‑solver with strong attention to detail. Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Who You Are Bachelor’s degree required. Experience supporting operations in a multi‑site patient care, healthcare services, or similarly complex environment preferred.
