Seven Healthcare are seeking a highly skilled RN to join the ICU Float Pool on a travel assignment in Burlington, VT. This role requires flexibility and the ability to work in various ICU settings, primarily based in the Medical ICU with potential float duties to other critical care areas. Candidates with experience in critical vent care and managing multiple titrating drips will excel in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU Float Pool

• Float across various ICU units, including Medical ICU, SICU, and ED Boarders
• Start IVs, and maintain and manage multiple titrating drips
• Deliver critical vent care and manage patients with complex conditions
• Adapt to scheduling needs and work a minimum of every other weekend

Requirements of the RN - ICU Float Pool

• AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• CCRN preferred; NIHSS required prior to start
• A minimum of 2 years of experience
• Experience in a large (500+ bed) teaching facility required
• EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is nonnegotiable
