HVAC Manager for Commercial & Residential
- 5+ years Experience working in HVAC Field
- Manage awarded projects from estimation turnover to completion
- Allocate available manpower across concurrent jobs
- Ability to do field take offs for duct, piping, curbs and block outs
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Active EPA Certification
- Valid Drivers License
- Excellent communicator with interpersonal skills, will be required to attend job progress and coordination meeting
- A self starter attitude
- Mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
